Recreation is important at Tims because it provides us the opportunity, not only to have fun, but also to build stronger relationships within the church. Hard core competition is what we're all about, and, remember, winning is everything! (Just kidding!) Seriously, we emphasize fun. teamwork, and a Christ-like attitude at all times! It truly offers you a time to re-create yourself! There will be more to come later, but for now, if you've got game, come on out and join us! |

Ultimate Frisbee This sport could possibly be the greatest church sport ever invented. If you haven't played, you don't know what you're missing! The game, explained as simply as possible. Ultimate is played between two teams of seven players on a large rectangular field. A line drawn across the field at either end creates two "endzones" (like in football). These are the goal-scoring areas. A goal is scored when a team completes a pass to a player in the endzone they are attacking. All ages and genders are welcome! |
